Return & Exchange Policy
Block Print Home (dummy) ensures that the highest quality standards are followed while delivering your order. In the rare instance you are dissatisfied with the delivery, please refer to our returns and exchange policy below.
Exchange
Your purchase is eligible for a one-time exchange if it meets the following requirements:
- If the order is placed domestically.
- If the fabric of the product is stained or has stitching/embroidery inconsistencies.
- If the product you ordered needs to be exchanged in size.
- If the product you received is damaged in any other form.
Please share a photograph of the damaged product at support@dummy.com (dummy) within 15 days of receiving the product.
Guidelines
- We recommend that you record the unboxing of your purchase for quality verification.
- Returned merchandise must be unused and intact with the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once a one-time exchange has been completed.
Process
If your order is eligible for exchange, we will schedule a pickup for the products and arrange for the correct item to be delivered. Please note: we are not responsible for delays in pick-ups from the courier company’s side.
Reverse Pickup
When our delivery partner comes to collect the order, kindly take a clear picture of the package and its contents at the time of handover. Send this to support@dummy.com (dummy) or WhatsApp at +91-0000000000 (dummy).
If we receive a damaged or different product without proof in the form of a picture, your request may be declined. Our courier partner will make three attempts to complete the reverse pickup. If contact is not made, your request will be cancelled.
Refunds & Returns
After receiving your parcel and completing a quality check, we will initiate the refund to your original mode of payment within 15 days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you via email for your bank account details.
For returns, items will be picked up from the original shipping address once your request is processed.
Sale Period
- No exchanges or returns on discounted products.
- Orders cannot be cancelled due to shipment delays during sale periods.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-availability of goods.
- All duties & taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the destination country and must be borne by the customer.
