Exchange Policy
Your order is eligible for an exchange if:
- The product has a misprint, stain, or printing/stitching defect
- You received the wrong size
- You received a different product than what you ordered
How to Request an Exchange

Guidelines
- We recommend recording an unboxing video for quality verification
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
- Only one-time exchange is allowed per order
Return Policy
Your order is eligible for a return if:
- The product has a misprint
- The product arrived damaged
- You received an incorrect item
An unedited unboxing video showing the issue clearly is mandatory for approval of the return.
Reverse Pickup Process
- Once your request is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup
- Please take a clear picture or video of the package at the time of handover to the courier
- If we receive a damaged or different product without proof, the request may be rejected
- The courier partner will make up to three pickup attempts; if unsuccessful, the request will be cancelled
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the product passes quality check
- Refund will be initiated within 5–15 working days to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details via email
Sale Period Conditions
- No returns or exchanges on discounted products
- Orders cannot be cancelled due to delivery delays during sale periods
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Size issues (exchange allowed, return not allowed)
- Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Natural variations in hand-block printing
- Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery
