Domestic Orders
We, at Block Print Home (dummy), endeavor to deliver products in pristine condition and in a timely manner.
Once the orders are placed, we dispatch the products between 24-48 hours using a reputed courier service (dummy). We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India (Zone In-reach only). You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing it.
International Orders
Once the orders are placed, we dispatch the products between 24-48 hours. Our logistics partner will strive to deliver your order on time but in the event of any delays, please note that they are caused by events beyond our control. You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing it.
Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dummy Location, India to your provided shipping address via Dummy Courier Partner. Occasionally, a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are beyond our control and must be borne by the recipient.
If you are presented with an invoice for import duties and taxes, you will need to settle it directly with the logistics partner. Block Print Home (dummy) takes no responsibility for the non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient. Refunds will not be provided in such cases. Please note: neither Cash on Delivery (COD) nor returns/exchanges are valid on international orders.
Points to Remember
- When your order leaves our premises, we will send you an email with a tracking link.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability and destination.
- Order value is calculated after applying discounts, VAT/GST, or other applicable charges.
Out of Reach / ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone)
We use a third-party service for shipping our orders, covering almost all PIN codes nationwide. Unfortunately, some areas may fall under ODZ. In such cases, we will inform you within 48 working hours and offer you the option to either cancel the order for a refund or provide an alternative address.
Delays in Shipping
Delays in shipping may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural events, accidents, strikes, or any other conditions beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation of Orders Due to Non-Delivery
Our courier will attempt delivery two times at the provided address. If the package remains undeliverable due to reasons not attributable to us, it will be returned to our warehouse in Dummy Location.
For COD Orders
If delivery is unsuccessful, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email (dummy). If we are unable to reach you, the order will be considered terminated.
For Prepaid Orders
If delivery is unsuccessful, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email (dummy). We recommend being available or arranging for someone to receive your package.
