Shipping Policy – Hand Block Home
Domestic Orders
At Hand Block Home, we ensure safe and timely delivery of all domestic orders. Once an order is placed, it is dispatched within 24–48 hours using a trusted courier partner. We offer FREE SHIPPING across India (serviceable locations only). You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
International Orders
International orders are also dispatched within 24–48 hours. Our logistics partner will make every effort to deliver on time; however, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. International orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are sent from our warehouse in Jaipur, India. Depending on your country’s rules, you may be required to pay additional import duties or taxes once the shipment arrives. These charges must be borne by the customer and are not under our control.
If import duties or taxes are not accepted and paid by the customer, the order may not be delivered. Refunds will not be issued in such cases. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD), returns, or exchanges are not applicable on international orders.

• Order value is calculated after applying discounts, GST, and other charges
Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ)
We ship to most PIN codes across India through reputed courier partners. However, some locations may fall under the Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ). If your address is non-serviceable, we will inform you within 48 working hours. You may then choose to cancel the order for a full refund or provide an alternative address.
Delays in Shipping
Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen situations such as natural events, strikes, accidents, or any circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience during such times.
Non-Delivery & Order Cancellation
Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered due to reasons not caused by us, it will be returned to our warehouse in Jaipur.
For COD Orders
• If delivery fails, we will contact you via phone and email
• If we are unable to reach you, the order will be considered cancelled
For Prepaid Orders
• If delivery fails, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email
• We recommend ensuring someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel
